Text going out of the bound in POLARIS Theme, seems like overfull box issue

Question

At https://gateoverflow.in/blogs?sort=recent  the text content of the 2nd blog is going out of bounds, and there are similar few other blogs as well which are having the same issue.

The problem has been present for quite some time but came to my notice yesterday.

Can this issue be resolved? It is creating a bit of difficulty in viewing/accessing when we try to access links present adjacent to such blogs.
